March 19

I was doing soo well till say midnight!

Breakfast 11:30am
Oatmeal with raisins, walnuts, brown sugar, vanilla extract and rice milk

Went for a run at the Belmar boardwalk, ran about a mile and a half

Lunch 3:00pm
Medium vanilla protein shake

Dinner 4:30pm
Take-out Italian. A small portion of pasta with a tomato sauce
Large glass natural spring water

After Dinner 8:00pm
At Olive Garden for Chris A and Mike E Birthday dinner
2 servings of salad
1 bread stick
Ate most of a appetizer, chicken flat bread, with alfredo sauce and other seasonings
Small slice of birthday cake

Late night 12:00am
Ate the remaining half of a ben and jerrys ice cream
1 dark beer

Errr the late nights do me in again! I am never going to loose weight this way!
