march 18

Breakfast 10:30am
Two frozen hemp waffles with natural peanut butter and some maple syrup.
Large glass natural spring water
Waffles are really good with peanut butter!

Lunch 1:30pm
Medium protein shake made with milk

Worked out with Mary, did about a half hour or aerobic exercises. It was really fun.

Dinner 7:00pm
Pork loin in a mushroom sauce, white rice and zucchini
Large glass natural spring water

Dessert 8:30pm
4 home made chocolate chip cookies
A handful weathins
Cup of tea
A alcohol drink
Dessert was at the Oliver house for the big Lehigh basketball game. So there were some goodies to pick from. I think I refrained from eating too much.
