Meatloaf last night...you just can't resist a sandwich of left over meatloaf!
Dinner 7:00pm
Chicken in a roasted lemon sauce, sweet potato and steamed broccoli

Was really good. In an attempt to not eat as much, I try to slow my eating. It does work, you just have to check yourself every once in a while.
Dessert 9:00pm
1 clementine
4 honey gram crackers
