Morning Snack 9:30am
1 TB Smucker's Creamy Natural Peanut Butter
1 Cup Cranberry Apple Juice
I was tired! I was woken up by Vicky, because I forgot to set my alarm to come over in the morning!
Morning Workout:
Did weight training with Vicky for about an hour and a half.
It felt good. I need to push myself more!
Breakfast 11:30am
1 Sliced apple, skin on and microwaved with lemon juice, cinnamon, 1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt and 1 TB chopped walnuts.
Large glass water
Small cup black coffee
This was something from Fitness Magazine. Vicky didn't like it, but I didn't think it was bad. Overall good mood.
Lunch 3:30pm
Leftovers from dinner. Ground beef with various seasonings, tomato, onions, bell pepper, potato. Serving size was about 1 to 1 1/2 cup.

I could have eaten a lot worse. And I kept my portion reasonable. I do need to drink more water!
Dinner 6:30pm
Pork chop, about palm serving, with onions and red peppers and balsamic. Brown rice and zucchini.
1 Cup 2% milk
Desert 7:30pm
Two slices chocolate bunt cake, no icing. One Oreo.
Once cup hot chocolate.
Late snack 11:30pm
Large glass chocolate milk
1 coconut macaroon.
Late nights are never good for me! I don't think I went too crazy, but I could have done a lot better. The chocolate syrup is almost gone, and then I wont be so tempted.
I did drink about 2 and a half large cups of natural spring water throughout the day. I need to kick that up to about 8.
