Home made Chicken Fingers, mashed potatoes, and green beans
1 Medium glass milk
1 slice home made Irish Soda Bread
So I think I did well over all for the day. Todays meatloaf sandwich was much better portion size then the last one I made. And I haven't done any late night snacking! I will be going to bed soon, so that I don't do this!
