March 16

Breakfast 11:30am
Oat meal with two dried prunes, some chopped walnuts, rice milk, vanilla extract, and brown sugar.
Large glass spring water
I put the prunes in when the oat meal was first being cooked. That was a mistake. It would have been better to have thrown it in at the end. But I ate most of it. I really liked the addition of the walnuts.

Lunch 2:30pm
Vanilla protein shake with milk
Large glass spring water
It was good. Next time I am going to try it with water.

Ran a mile with Mary around 3:30. Then we did some abs stuff.

Dinner 5:30pm
Green veggie drink mix
Cup of barley soup


Dessert
Small piece pumpkin cake
Tea


Late meal 9:00pm
A few gnocchi  leftover from my dad's dinner
2 pieces rosemary  focaccia bread
Side salad with vinaigrette
Large glass spring water
Really this meal should not have happened. My parents got Italian takeout and I couldn't resist. I really should have at least cut out the bread.
