March 22

Breakfast 10:00am
Oatmeal with walnuts, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and rice milk
1 medium glass apple juice

Lunch 12:15pm
Natural peanut butter and raspberry preserves sandwich
1 medium glass natural spring water

Dinner 5:15pm
Smoothie at Deans, had various fruits, whey protein, and coconut water
1 small bag of pirate booty

Late Meal 9:00pm
Leftovers from the dinner my dad made (cod fish poached in a tomato sauce)
1 medium glass chocolate milk

Started new job at Deans Natural Food Store. This will hopefully lead to better eating and better foods!

March 19

I was doing soo well till say midnight!

Breakfast 11:30am
Oatmeal with raisins, walnuts, brown sugar, vanilla extract and rice milk

Went for a run at the Belmar boardwalk, ran about a mile and a half

Lunch 3:00pm
Medium vanilla protein shake

Dinner 4:30pm
Take-out Italian. A small portion of pasta with a tomato sauce
Large glass natural spring water

After Dinner 8:00pm
At Olive Garden for Chris A and Mike E Birthday dinner
2 servings of salad
1 bread stick
Ate most of a appetizer, chicken flat bread, with alfredo sauce and other seasonings
Small slice of birthday cake

Late night 12:00am
Ate the remaining half of a ben and jerrys ice cream
1 dark beer

Errr the late nights do me in again! I am never going to loose weight this way!

Two frozen hemp waffles with natural peanut butter and some maple syrup.
Large glass natural spring water
Waffles are really good with peanut butter!

Lunch 1:30pm
Medium protein shake made with milk

Worked out with Mary, did about a half hour or aerobic exercises. It was really fun.

Dinner 7:00pm
Pork loin in a mushroom sauce, white rice and zucchini
Large glass natural spring water

Dessert 8:30pm
4 home made chocolate chip cookies
A handful weathins
Cup of tea
A alcohol drink
Dessert was at the Oliver house for the big Lehigh basketball game. So there were some goodies to pick from. I think I refrained from eating too much.

Yummy!

Dinner 7:30pm
Home made Chicken Fingers, mashed potatoes, and green beans
1 Medium glass milk
1 slice home made Irish Soda Bread

So I think I did well over all for the day. Todays meatloaf sandwich was much better portion size then the last one I made. And I haven't done any late night snacking! I will be going to bed soon, so that I don't do this!

Breakfast 11:30am
Oat meal with two dried prunes, some chopped walnuts, rice milk, vanilla extract, and brown sugar.
Large glass spring water
I put the prunes in when the oat meal was first being cooked. That was a mistake. It would have been better to have thrown it in at the end. But I ate most of it. I really liked the addition of the walnuts.

Lunch 2:30pm
Vanilla protein shake with milk
Large glass spring water
It was good. Next time I am going to try it with water.

Ran a mile with Mary around 3:30. Then we did some abs stuff.

Dinner 5:30pm
Green veggie drink mix
Cup of barley soup


Dessert
Small piece pumpkin cake
Tea


Late meal 9:00pm
A few gnocchi  leftover from my dad's dinner
2 pieces rosemary  focaccia bread
Side salad with vinaigrette
Large glass spring water
Really this meal should not have happened. My parents got Italian takeout and I couldn't resist. I really should have at least cut out the bread.

Meatloaf last night...you just can't resist a sandwich of left over meatloaf!

Dinner 7:00pm
Chicken in a roasted lemon sauce, sweet potato and steamed broccoli
Large glass natural spring water
Was really good. In an attempt to not eat as much, I try to slow my eating. It does work, you just have to check yourself every once in a while.

Dessert 9:00pm
1 clementine
4 honey gram crackers

Two soft boiled eggs and two pieces of oat nut bread
1 Cup Cran Apple Juice
Another late start to the day. Thanks to large rumbles of thunder in the night, and my two cats fighting on opposite sides of my curtain door. Also thanks to day light savings!

Snack
1 dried date
Large glass spring water

Midday
Smoothie from Deans. You know it is good stuff!

Dinner 6:00pm
Meatloaf, with mashed potatoes, and peas
1 glass 2% milk

Dessert 8:45pm
1 mug hot chocolate with milk

And I am going to stay away from any more snacking tonight. I think the hot chocolate was a good end to the day. Still trying to work on drinking more water.
